A 30 min class for those with chronic pain. The aim of the session is to gently move the body and strengthen our core muscles. It is a low-moderate level class, with exercises in either lying, side lying, sitting, kneeling or on all fours. It has more option to challenge yourself compared to bed pilates. It focuses on the principles of pilates to create stability and balance throughout the body. All you need is somewhere comfy to lay on but it is recommended not to do this on your bed. You can join the class live (with or without your camera on) and the class is also recorded for our on-demand library which you can access via Actively Studio on our website.
For 1:1 sessions: To cancel or reschedule please contact us 12 hours before if possible. Appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time may be liable to a late cancellation charge - 50% of the cost of your appointment. However this may be wavered in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
