Actively Together

Monthly group coaching and community space to keep you motivated, connected and accountable

What is Actively Together?

Actively Together is a virtual coaching and community space designed for people living with chronic illness who want to move their bodies with more support, consistency, and compassion.

Exercising regularly is challenging for anyone—but when you’re navigating fluctuating symptoms, fatigue, and pain, staying motivated can feel almost impossible. Without access to the in-person gyms, studios, or communities that others rely on, it’s easy to feel isolated or left behind.

Actively Together bridges that gap. It’s a space to connect with others who truly understand your experience. You’ll be supported by Zoe’s expert guidance and a group of people walking a similar path—cheering you on, sharing the wins and setbacks, and helping you stay gently accountable, even through flare-ups.

Think of it like finding your gym buddy or Pilates friend—just online, from the comfort of your own home, and with a whole lot more understanding.

FAQ's

Will I be given an exercise routine?

No, this program does not include any exercise prescription or programs given. This is if you already have a plan/routine/program and want some support to continue with your movement journey. If you need a plan set up, then please look at the 1:1 coaching options

What if I cannot make it live?

Each session will be recorded and only shared with the other members of the private group. All members will be asked to commit to the confidentiality of these calls.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level to join?

No, all levels from bed-bound to athletes are welcome. Everyone may be at different stages of their journey, from starting out to already being in a steady routine. There is no competition, this is about supporting each other wherever you are at.

Will there be any talk of nutrition or weight loss?

No, we are weight-neutral with zero mentions around diet or pushing weight loss. We speak kindly around our bodies and treat them with compassion. It is okay if weight management is one of your health goals, but this will not be discussed negatively nor will any tracking regarding weigh-ins, measurements or before/after photos.  Nutritional advice will never be given.

What if I decide it isn't for me?

You can cancel anytime on your profile on the website. Or email Caitlin at any point with any questions for your membership admin@activelyautoimmune.com
