All my classes are about doing what you can, when you can. This may vary week to week or day to day. I want you to learn to work with your body rather than push it past what it can cope with. There is no pressure to do more than you feel you are able.

CHRONIC ILLNESS FRIENDLY

These classes are designed for people exactly like you, living with chronic illness with pain, fatigue, nausea, gut issues, dysautonomia, head pain etc. Classes include specific cues and an understanding how how to move to support your body with these conditions rather than making you feel worse

MULTIPLE OPTIONS

Two different levels of classes for different abilities, plus within each class I give multiple options for positions, guidance on how to use props to make things easier or harder and cues to help you feel your muscles working without straining your joints.

Access all the recordings of previous classes

Finally we have made it even easier to get your Pilates fix! You no longer have to pay for individual classes. Instead you can pay to access ALL the previous recordings plus access each new class that's filmed. You can still join LIVE if you want to for free - just add yourself to the live class as normal to get the live zoom link!

I love Zoe’s Pilates classes, I’m so proud of the consistency I’ve managed with attending the classes – my best streak was 10 weeks of Bed Pilates in a row! 
I always looked forward to my Wednesday night on my mat. I’ve managed to do the classes on bad fatigue days, treatment days which normally wipe me out, and with a migraine, and I’ve never regretted a class. 
Since doing Bed Pilates (and now Chronic Pilates too) my strength and posture had improved, as well as my awareness of my body and proprioception.
I do miss being able to join the classes live at the moment with the Australia-UK time difference, but SO happy there are now the class recordings. Can’t wait for the next clock change so I can join live all the time again!

WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

BED PILATES

This is the original. Deisgned for you to do from your bed or any comfortable surface. 

  • we stay in horizontal supportive positions 

  • we keep the repititions of each exercise low 

  • perfect if you are new to pilates, new to exercising with chronic illness or just find this gentle level right for you

CHRONIC PILATES

This class is designed for those with chronic illness who want a little more of a challenge. Designed to do from a mat.

  • mostly horizontal with the option some weight bearing postures like all fours

  • options to challenge yourself with more repetitions or moderate exercises

  • perfect if you already exercise and want to add in pilates or want more of a challenge than bed pilates

If you feel like you can't pick between the two or like the combination, we have an option to have access to BOTH!

It's really difficult to find the right kind of exercise, at the right intensity for chronic illness, but the bed pilates class is perfect! Zoe offered lots of different modifications ranging in difficulty, which was great. Look forward to booking more classes :)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you need to do is pick your plan and then you will have instant access to all the videos. You can view these as many times as you like, whenever your like.

HOW DO I STILL JOIN LIVE CLASSES?

If you want to join the live bed or chronic pilates you can! Book in to classes as normal to get sent the link. If you can't join or don't want to do the live - don't worry each week's class will be uploaded and added to the video library as we go!

CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN?

Yes! You can cancel your plan anytime from your account so you are not charged for the next month. You can also change your plan from any of the three options.

CAN I TRY A CLASS FIRST?

Yes - you can still book for a single class to try either class out. That way you can see which level is right for you and how you feel during and after.
