A 30 minute Pilates class in bed Gentle movement and exercises you can do whilst horizontal. We go through the basic principles of Pilates, focusing on quality movement. It includes both mobility exercises and gentle stretches alongside strength work. You will feel all the benefits of moving without actually moving all that much! All you need is a bed (or somewhere comfy to lay on). This class is available to join for a one off live but will also be recorded for the on-demand library where you have access to all the past bed pilates. This class is aimed for people with chronic pain, chronic fatigue and those with chronic health conditions. - You must not participate with the classes or do any physical activities without first getting medical clearance if new to exercise - You should not take part in any physical activity that you may not be fit for - You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during the class - If you suffer any unusual symptoms or pain, you must immediately stop the class and seek further medical advice. For 1:1 sessions: To cancel or reschedule please contact us 12 hours before if possible. Appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time may be liable to a late cancellation charge - 50% of the cost of your appointment. However this may be wavered in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
